Return Conditions

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: We take great care in creating your orders, but if you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or not what you expected, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
• Change of Mind or Size Exchange: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or for a size exchange, these returns will be at your expense. Please place a new order for your desired item.
• Lost in Transit: In the rare event that an item is lost in transit, please make your claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

 

Return Process To initiate a return, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order details and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process. Returned items should be in their original condition and packaging.

 

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds and Exchanges Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, or an exchange will be processed as per your request. The processing time for refunds may vary.

 

Unclaimed Returns Unclaimed returns will find a new purpose, as they will be donated to charity after 30 days.

 

Customization Customized or personalized items are crafted just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective upon arrival.
